ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Moisés Norena, also known as Don Moi, grew up in Mexico City with rock music as a window into a wider world. His forthcoming memoir, Riffs & Reflections, explores personal transformation through the music that accompanied his journey from Mexico to the United States.
An innovation leader whose career spans architecture, software engineering, and product development, Moisés has helped create products used by millions of families. His work has included leadership roles at IBM, Whirlpool, Allstate, and Moen, and he co-designed the Universal Innovation Method and the Innovation Academy at the University of Notre Dame.
A painter, photographer, and writer, he lives in Cleveland with his wife, Marilu, while their three grown children follow their own paths. Rock and roll remains a constant companion.
