HI! I'M MOISES
I was born in Mexico City and moved to the United States in 1999. My professional career has been rooted in Corporate America, but my passion has always been the world of visual arts and music.
As an architect by training, I discovered a unique connection between the precision and creativity required by architecture and the expressive freedom that the arts offer. My journey as a self-taught artist has been a natural extension of my architectural background, allowing me to explore new dimensions of form, color, and emotion.
My artistic persona, "Don Moi" (rhymes with “boy”,) pays tribute to my beloved grandfather, Moises De Luca Pecorelli, whose influence sparked the seeds of creativity within me. Fondly known as "Don Moi" by those around him, he embodied values of love, integrity, and respect. I adopted this nickname to remind myself of the high standards he upheld and the legacy of excellence I aspire to embody.
